Privacy Policy

Information you provide directly. If you contact us by email (including hello@kalince.co), fill out a contact form, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information when you visit the Site, including your IP address, browser type and language, device information, referring/exit pages, and the dates and times of your visits, through server logs, cookies, and similar analytics technologies.

Information from third-party platforms. Our Etsy shop, The Veritas Ethos, is operated on Etsy's platform and governed by Etsy's own privacy policy. We do not receive your Etsy account credentials or payment details; we may receive limited order and communication information necessary to fulfill and support your purchase.

Information related to our products. As Nextravel and Keepally are released, each application will have its own in-product privacy notice describing the additional categories of information it collects (for example, travel preferences, health-related preferences you voluntarily provide such as allergies, or financial account and transaction data), consistent with the principles in this Policy.

We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries and provide customer support; operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our products and services; understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it; communicate with you about updates, security notices, and administrative matters; detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you without appropriate human involvement.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and remember your language preference; these are always active because the Site cannot function properly without them.

For analytics — understanding aggregate usage so we can improve the Site — we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager. We ask for your consent through a banner shown on your first visit: these analytics technologies load only after you select "Accept," and are not loaded if you select "Decline." You can change your choice at any time by clearing the Site's stored preferences (or cookies) in your browser, which causes the banner to appear again, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.

We do not currently use cookies to serve targeted third-party advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: service providers who perform functions on our behalf (for example, hosting, email delivery, analytics, and bot/spam-protection providers), subject to confidentiality obligations; professional advisors such as legal or accounting firms; law enforcement or regulators when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others; and a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy or a materially similar one.

For example, we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand aggregate site usage; Resend to deliver the email you send us through our contact form; and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect that form from automated abuse — when you submit the form, your IP address and certain technical signals are shared with Cloudflare to confirm the request comes from a person rather than a bot. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control, including our Etsy shop (etsy.com), our LinkedIn company page, and, once available, Nextravel (nextravel.app) and Keepally (keepally.app / keepally.com). This Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

Our applications, once available, are expected to rely on trusted third-party infrastructure providers (such as Google Firebase/Firestore for data storage where applicable) to operate securely and reliably. Those providers process data under their own security and privacy commitments in addition to ours.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Messages you send us through the contact form or by email are retained for up to 24 months after we have handled your inquiry, unless you ask us to delete them sooner, or a longer period is required to comply with law or to resolve a dispute.

If you choose to receive marketing emails from us in the future, we will keep your contact details for that purpose until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link and our postal address, and you can opt out at any time.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

As a company organized in Wyoming, we follow Wyoming's data breach notification statute (Wyo. Stat. §§ 40-12-501 to 40-12-509). If a security breach materially compromises the confidentiality of unencrypted personal identifying information we hold about you, we will notify affected individuals in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, consistent with the legitimate needs of law enforcement and the time reasonably needed to investigate the scope of the breach and restore the security of our systems. Where required, we will also notify the Wyoming Attorney General and any other regulators entitled to notice under applicable law. Data that was properly encrypted at the time of the incident, with the encryption key not also compromised, is not subject to this notice obligation.

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Family-oriented features within our products are intended for use by an adult account holder who may add family members to a shared plan; if we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar laws in states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah. These rights may include the right to know what personal information we hold about you, the right to request deletion or correction of your personal information, the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by applicable law), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

Kalince Holding LLC is based in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where superseded by applicable federal or state privacy law.
