You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or enter into these Terms on your own behalf. Family or dependent members added to a shared or family plan by an eligible primary account holder may use applicable features subject to that account holder's oversight and these Terms.

Kalince Holding operates this corporate website, provides business technology services (including account setup and management for platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ERP systems, and CRM systems), and develops software products, including Nextravel (a multi-destination travel planning application) and Keepally (a household finance application), both currently in development. We also operate The Veritas Ethos, an Etsy-hosted shop for apparel and related goods.

Features, availability, and pricing for Nextravel, Keepally, and any future products are subject to change as those products move from development toward general availability.

Certain Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@kalince.co if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Certain Services, including Nextravel and Keepally, are expected to be offered under multiple plans, which may include free tiers with limited functionality and paid tiers with expanded functionality, including family or multi-user configurations. Specific pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies for paid plans will be presented and agreed to at the time of purchase, once such plans become available.

Where a free trial or free tier is offered, we may modify, limit, or discontinue it at any time.

You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network related to the Services; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software, except as permitted by law; or use automated means to scrape or access the Services without our prior written consent.

Where our Services allow you to submit content (such as trip details, notes, financial categorizations, or messages within Nextravel or Keepally), you retain ownership of that content. You grant Kalince Holding a limited, non-exclusive license to use, host, and process that content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Services to you.

The Services, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and the names Kalince Holding, Nextravel, Keepally, and The Veritas Ethos, are the property of Kalince Holding LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you to use the Services, no other rights are granted.

The Services may reference or link to third-party platforms, including our Etsy shop and LinkedIn page. Your use of those third-party platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and Kalince Holding is not responsible for their content or practices.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-GENERATED SUGGESTIONS PROVIDED WITHIN OUR PRODUCTS (INCLUDING TRAVEL OR FINANCIAL SUGGESTIONS) ARE INFORMATIONAL ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL, MEDICAL, FINANCIAL, OR TRAVEL ADVICE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR EVALUATING AND VERIFYING ANY SUGGESTION BEFORE RELYING ON IT.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or to Kalince Holding. You may stop using the Services, or close your account, at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kalince Holding LLC regarding the Services.
