Your data stays on your phone

The rate you're quoted isn't what you'll pay.

The minimum shows up, then the B/L and the handling, and the cost per cubic metre lands at double. Whoever picks the delivery point decides where your risk ends — and almost no one writes it down. The charges no rule splits, like terminal fees and demurrage, land on someone's invoice, and that someone argues.

The market is split in two: loose CBM calculators that measure but can't quote, and freight-forwarder suites that quote but cost a monthly fee and live on a server. In between there was nothing. TermsGo measures the cargo and turns it into a quote you can send — without asking for an account on anyone's server.

Precision

The numbers a spreadsheet gets wrong.

The half-kilo

Chargeable weight rounds to the half-kilo, the way it's actually billed. A spreadsheet that rounds to the whole kilo undercharges a little on every shipment — and it adds up.

The insurance

The premium isn't charged on the goods alone — it's charged on the goods plus the freight, with its surcharge. Compute it on the goods and you come up short.

TermsGo makes both of these the way they're actually billed — not the way a calculator assumes.

What it does

From the packing list to a quote you can send.

Cubic volume and chargeable weight

Type the packing list and the app returns cubic metres, gross weight and density. Air weight rounded to the half-kilo the way a carrier does it, with the tariff's own rule — 6000, 166.67, a courier's 200. Sea freight in W/M tons, with the consolidator's minimum. Centimetres and kilos, or inches and pounds.

Container or consolidated?

Enter the W/M rate and the container rate, and the app tells you the size past which consolidating stops saving you money — and whether your shipment already crossed it. Below, the three containers and how full they'd be by volume and by weight.

The real cost of a consolidation

Freight per freight ton, the minimum charge that kicks in when the cargo is small, and the fixed fees — B/L, CFS, handling. At the end, the all-in cost per freight ton: the number the next quote is compared against, and never the one on the rate sheet.

Who pays each stage

Eight stages from the factory to the buyer's warehouse — packing, origin haulage, export customs, main freight, insurance, import customs, destination haulage, unloading. The app marks who pays and who carries the risk at each one, and where it changes hands.

Cost split and landed cost

With per-stage costs loaded, the app shows the seller/buyer percentage, how much the logistics weigh against the value of the goods, and the landed cost adding both sides together. Seller is violet, buyer is teal — the same code the app uses throughout.

The charge sheet

Mark the charges that apply and set each rate. Every charge knows why it's billed — per shipment, per chargeable kilo, per cubic metre, per freight ton, a percentage of the goods, and more — with money minimums, tariff brackets, free days, and the provider's own code so you can reconcile against their invoice line by line.

Compare agents' offers

Two or three quotes side by side, each charge on its own line. The app totals every column, says which is lowest and by how much — and warns when the totals aren't on the same basis, naming the charge one offer didn't quote. The blanks are the feature, not an oversight.

The quote, as a PDF

Client, goods, delivery term with its named place, the stage rail, the who-pays-what table, and the totals. Load your logo in Settings and pick the ink from six colours. From the second page, each charge is explained — and it stays one page when there's nothing extra to say. Share it over WhatsApp, email, or save it anywhere.

And the rest of what it handles

Margin and sale price — margin and markup aren't the same number, and the app shows both readings of the one percentage.
Multi-currency at your own exchange rate — no currency service, so with your session open it works in airplane mode.
Domestic shipments — the same eight stages without the two customs ones.
The full user manual inside the app, and the whole thing in English and Spanish, PDF quote included.

We don't have your data. We literally can't.

This is how Free and Pro are built — not a promise, an architecture.

  • You sign in with Google, and the account address is all we keep. No phone number, no password of ours.
  • No server of our own. The app calls no server of ours because we don't have one — the only call is to Google at sign-in. After that it works in airplane mode.
  • No ads and no tracking.
  • A daily backup to your own Google Drive — encrypted, on your quota, and we can't read it. Switch phones and it comes back on its own.
  • A manual backup to a .json file you keep wherever you want.

The exchange rates are the ones you type. Nothing leaves the phone.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I need internet?

+

No. All the calculation and the PDF happen on the phone.

Do I have to create an account?

+

You sign in with your existing Google account. There's nothing to create, and the only thing we store is the address.

Where do my quotes live?

+

On your phone. Android backs them up to your Google Drive once a day if device backup is on, and you can export them to a file whenever you want.

Does it work for domestic shipments?

+

Yes. The same eight stages without the two customs ones, with the four cases a domestic seller actually runs into.

Where do the exchange rates come from?

+

From you. The app queries no currency service, which is why, with your session open, it runs offline and costs nothing to operate.

Does the app decide my delivery term?

+

No. It suggests one from your answers; the decision and the contract are yours. Every figure is an estimate built from what you entered.

What's free and what's paid?

+

Measuring and calculating is free forever. Quoting is Pro, with a single payment.

Can I use it from a computer?

+

Not yet. It's in preparation as Pro Cloud.

How do I reach you?
